Dave, the Founder & CEO, brings more than 21 years of experience across nearly every facet of dealership operations, including BDC leadership, sales management, marketing direction, and performance strategy. Throughout his career, he has not only led teams he has developed them, refined them, and elevated their ability to perform at a high level.
His vision for D.A. Elite Auto BDC was never simply to create a service, but to establish a premium, performance driven organization rooted in structure, discipline, and long term industry impact.
Early in his journey, Dave personally mentored and introduced individuals into the automotive space at a young age, guiding them through their entry into BDC operations and dealership sales environments. One of those individuals began their career at 18 in a BDC role and, through disciplined development and leadership training, advanced into senior positions including BDC Director, Director of Marketing & General Manager. This progression reflects a core principle of the organization: elite performance is built through education, accountability, and opportunity.

Dave brings over 21 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a career spanning multiple leadership roles including BDC Director, BDC Manager, General Manager, General Sales Manager, Director of Marketing, and Director of Sales Operations.
Throughout his career, he has been deeply involved in every layer of dealership performance from building and managing high-performing BDC teams to leading sales departments and developing marketing strategies that generate consistent, high-quality leads.
Dave is known for his hands on leadership style and his ability to train and develop sales and BDC professionals. He has designed and implemented proven communication strategies that improve appointment setting ratios, strengthen customer engagement, and increase overall dealership efficiency.
His approach focuses on structure, timing, and messaging teaching teams not just how to work leads, but how to convert them effectively. Under his guidance, teams learn when to engage, what to say, and how to turn conversations into measurable results.

I began my career at 17 in a BDC role, stepping into the automotive industry early and building my foundation from the ground up. Through disciplined development, hands on experience, and leadership training, I advanced into senior positions including BDC Director, Director of Marketing, and SDR leadership roles.
Growing up within the dealership world, I was immersed in the pace, structure, and expectations of automotive operations from an early stage. That foundation shaped not only my work ethic, but my understanding of how dealerships truly operate at a high level.
Today, I serve as Director of Operations at D.A. Elite Auto BDC, working directly alongside my father, Dave Founder & CEO. Together, we are building more than a business; we are building a legacy rooted in performance, structure, and long Term industry impact.
